Mint Grapefruit Spritzer

A touch of delicate rosé, mint syrup, and sweet grapefruit are the perfect trio for a deliciously refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients: For the drink

  • ¼ cup fresh mint

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 3 ounces rosè

  • 3 ounces grapefruit juice

  • 1 ounce vodka

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the mint simple syrup by combining the mint leaves, water, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, and stir until sugar dissolves. Continue to simmer for one minute, and then remove from heat. Pour through a mesh strainer to remove the mint pieces, and set the syrup aside.

  2. In a shaker filled halfway with ice, combine the rosé, grapefruit juice, vodka, and mint simple syrup. Shake until chilled, and strain into glasses.
